Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Zeus Smart Lights mobile application operated by Zeus Illumination LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The Zeus Smart Lights app is provided exclusively for use with Zeus Illumination LLC permanent LED lighting systems. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

• Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

2. App Features

The Zeus Smart Lights app provides cloud-based control for permanent, addressable outdoor LED lighting systems. Features include:

• Brightness adjustment and custom color selection across millions of colors

• Zone management for up to 8 independent lighting zones

• Scheduling and automated lighting routines

• Music sync functionality

• Voice control integration via Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri

• Remote management from anywhere with an internet connection

Features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at sales@zeuslights.biz.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zeus Illumination LLC. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The App integrates with third-party services including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeus Illumination LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its features — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.
