• Create and maintain your App account

• Provide and improve the App's lighting control features

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The App integrates with the following third-party voice assistant platforms:

• Amazon Alexa

• Google Assistant

• Apple Siri

When you choose to use these integrations, you are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies directly. We do not share your personal information with these platforms beyond what is necessary to enable voice control of your lights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and app data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at sales@zeuslights.biz. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
